Please note that we are a boutique, bake-to-order bakery and only fire up our ovens to bake for you. Therefore, we request a 1/2 dozen minimum for all cake/frosting combinations for regular cupcakes (1 dozen minimum for minis). Mixed orders of less than 1/2 dozen of each flavor combo are not available.

Our customers like to jazz things up with all kind of toppers for their cupcakes. Simple, fun and festive toppers such as sprinkles and chocolate chips are complimentary. Creative toppers--from personalized photos, animals (made from edible or non-edible materials), specialty candies, flowers, or other flavor and decor flair for cupcakes are an additional fee. Don't worry--we'll work with you at the time of your order on pricing for all toppers.

Delivery!
We want to make your life easier, so we're happy to deliver your treats to your door anywhere in the Boston metro area! (Delivery charge is based on location) Mix asks that delivery is scheduled at least 72 hours in advance of when you want your treats to arrive. If you have a last minute delivery request, don't hesitate to ask--we'll do our best to work it into the schedule!

Mix requires a 50% deposit on all orders larger then 2 dozen treats. The deposit is due at the time the order is placed and the final balance is due 1 week before delivery. Orders of more than 2 dozen treats have a 48 hour cancellation policy in order to obtain a refund of your deposit. Deposits will not be refunded on orders cancelled less than 24 hours before delivery. For all orders under 2 dozen, payment is due upon delivery.
